Info: Ede-ProGET will be opening the Wellness & Performance Workshop by guiding attendees through the structure and flow of the day. She will outline what to expect from each session, introduce the speakers, and ensure everyone understands the purpose and direction of the event from the very beginning.
With a confident and organised approach, Ede-ProGET helps create a welcoming and focused environment, allowing participants to feel comfortable, informed and ready to engage. Her role is to ensure the workshop runs smoothly and that every attendee knows exactly what they will gain from each segment — from goal setting and hydration to mindset and performance strategies.

Introduction to Carbohydrates

Info: ln this time we will be speaking about the hydration of our bodies how much should we be drinking and how to determine if we are drinking enough or if we are drinking to much. also we will be determining if drinking specific drinks are hydrating us . Here you will get the knowledge if the drink that you are drinking is beneficial for hydration of your body or you just drink it because it tastes nice
