Welcome to our in-Person Southern Style Dumplings & Apple Dumplings Cooking Class Vegan, Gluten & Allergy-Free event! Join us at the Rainbow Blossom Springhurst Wellness Center for a fun and delicious cooking experience. Learn how to make traditional Southern style dumplings and apple dumplings in a vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly way. Chef Martha will guide you through the process step by step. Don't miss out on this opportunity to expand your culinary skills and enjoy some tasty treats.

This class is in-person at Rainbowblossom Market Wellness Center Springhurst, 3608 Springhurst Blvd, Louisville, KY 40241. Join Chef Martha in person to attend a demo and hands-on class on making Southern-Style Soup and apple dumplings. All recipes are gluten-free, Allergy-Friendly, and vegan. Each ticket purchased will include 24 oz of Soup dumplings and 3 apple dumplings which can be taken home. Yes, children 5 and over are welcome, with some important guidelines below. *One ticket equals 24 oz of Southern soup dumplings and 3 apple dumplings.

*This is a great teen and tween class.

*Yes, children 5 and over are welcome, but they must have 1 adult or parent with them to assist in preparing and ensuring safety. We are not responsible for watching your child. *If accompanied by a child, only one ticket is needed.

*Please be aware that the seating at the Rainbowblossom Wellness Center is a high-back bar chair and a separate table and chairs. This is a demo and hands-on class. I do not recommend this class for Children under 8 years old who can not follow basic directions and sit unassisted. It is the adult with the child's responsibility to control the child.
