Event Description:
The HKSAR Government has introduced new measures to encourage private-sector participation in urban renewal and accelerate the redevelopment of ageing buildings in Hong Kong, including measures relating to additional plot ratio for eligible redevelopment projects.
RICS is pleased to invite representatives from the Development Bureau (DEVB), Planning Department (PlanD) and Lands Department (LandsD) to provide members with an overview of the latest measures, their implementation and practical implications for the industry.
The session will provide an opportunity for members to hear directly from Government representatives and gain a better understanding of the latest policy developments in urban renewal and redevelopment.
