Welcome to SFU Innovation Week 2026 Day Three
SFU Innovates and the i2I Research & Innovation Institute invite you to Day Three of SFU Innovation Week 2026, an initiative of SFU's Technology Licensing Office, hosted at the Applied Sciences Building on SFU's Burnaby campus. This year's Innovation Week brings together researchers, start-ups, industry leaders, VCs, policymakers, and ecosystem builders from October 13 to 15 across SFU's Vancouver and Burnaby campuses, celebrating the growing innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems shaping Canada's future across sectors including Climate Innovation, Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical, AgTech, and Civic Innovation.
Day Three is a day of insightful panels exploring how research, partnership, and policy come together to build Canada's innovation future. Hear from leaders across the innovation ecosystem on partnership and commercialization, the next era of healthcare, and argitech sustainability innovation, alongside industry exhibits and a fireside chat with Dr. Dugan O'Neil, Vice-President, Research and Innovation at SFU, and Dr. Stephanie Simmons, Founder and Chief Quantum Officer at Photonic Inc. and Associate Professor of Physics at SFU.
