Learn to make a variety of sauces from scratch with Executive Chef Chris Myers!About this Event
Attendees will learn to prepare a selection of delicious pasta sauces to suit different noodles, tastes, and dietary requirements. Provided recipes to include:
Putanesca Tomato, Olve, Caper, Lemon, Anchovy, Chili
Bolognese Pork, Beef, Tomato, Cream, Parmesan, Garlic, Red Wine
Sauce Norma Tomato, Eggplant, Basil, Olive Oil
Guests will also sample sauces with various noodles and bread service to compare and contrast.
