InnovAGE: Breakthroughs in Aging & Alzheimers

In partnership with Massachusetts eHealth Institute, this event brings together researchers, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem leaders advancing the future of aging innovation across Massachusetts.
A new cohort of graduate students and researchers will be selected for the next UMass LIFT Program, a semester-long accelerator designed to move aging-focused research into real-world solutions. LIFT supports emerging leaders as they build innovations for Alzheimer’s disease and other aging-related conditions, with mentorship, commercialization training, and a final pitch-style showcase.
Join us in Lowell for an evening of networking and conversation at the intersection of research, entrepreneurship, and impact in aging. Expect fresh ideas, meaningful connections, and an inside look at what it takes to move from early research to real solutions.
What is the UMass InnovAGE Program?
UMass InnovAGE is a cohort-based program designed for people who want to translate aging-focused research into practical innovation. Over the course of a semester, Fellows participate in 12 structured sessions spanning core areas of biotech and medtech commercialization, from market understanding to strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market thinking. The program is built to support researchers and master’s students who are serious about the aging space and ready to explore what’s possible beyond the lab.
