InnerVIEW: Seeing the Leader Within
About this Event
Whether this is the first workshop in this series you're attending or you've been to all of them, you're very welcome to join us!
As the final workshop in the Visible Leaders series, InnerVIEW brings together everything we've explored so far, from becoming more visible as a leader, to finding your authentic voice and communicating with confidence.
Now it's time to turn the focus inward because leadership isn't just about how others experience us. It's also about how we experience ourselves.
In this interactive and reflective workshop, you'll explore the strengths, values and patterns that influence the way you lead. Through interactive activities, guided reflection and facilitated discussion, you'll have the opportunity to recognise what you're already doing well, notice the patterns that may sometimes get in your way and identify where you would like to grow next as a leader. You'll also explore some of the inner narratives and familiar patterns that can influence how you lead, particularly when pressure, responsibility or self-doubt creep in.
You'll leave with:
- A clearer understanding of yourself as a leader
- Greater recognition of the strengths you already bring
- More awareness of the patterns influencing how you lead
- Practical tools to support your continued growth
- One meaningful commitment to take forward
InnerVIEW offers a safe and supportive space to step back from the day-to-day demands of running your social enterprise, recognise the strengths you already bring to your leadership and consider what you want to develop next.

This session is for social enterprise leaders who identify as women, and for non-binary leaders who are comfortable in women-focused spaces, ensuring a supportive environment for everyone attending.
