INNERSONIC Sound & Energy Experience

INNERSONIC is a guided journey into threshold states using sound, energy, and consciousness. It draws from sound healing, neuroscience, shamanism, and traditional Tantric philosophy to create an experience that is both deeply somatic and profoundly transcendent.

Each session includes breathwork and/or meditation to open the container, and a teaching — a transmission of knowledge drawn from study, research, and direct experience. Then the INNERSONIC journey itself. Then a closing integration circle where participants share what surfaced, and we witness the resonance and synchronicities that emerge (and they do, almost every time).

What Mimi brings to each session — the theme, the transmissions, the tools and practices — is intuitively inspired. Oracle cards, crystals, poetry, book excerpts, personal insights, and more may appear, or they may not. The experience is shaped by inspiration, and it’s been shown to be what the group’s field calls for.

A staged soundscape, similar to the stages of sleep, drives changes in brainwaves to take you deeper. The journey moves through recurring cycles of expansion and contraction, release and stillness — allowing the experience to emerge organically rather than through effort or control.

❖ PREPARING FOR THE JOURNEY

・Please wear comfortable clothes

・Bring an eye mask (optional)

・Avoid a full stomach

・No alcohol or substances for 24 hours prior

👉Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early to set up your space. Doors close before the journey begins, in order to maintain the sanctity of the space.

❖ GOOD TO KNOW

✧ This experience may not be suitable if you have a recent injury or surgery, are in poor physical health, have a serious mental health or neurological condition, or are experiencing Kundalini syndrome. (Participation may be possible with medical approval).

✧ Throughout the journey, the facilitator uses gentle somatic cues — light touch or presence at specific locations on the body — to guide your awareness inward and support the depth of your experience. Like a yoga teacher's adjustment, these cues work through your own attention and awareness. If you have any questions beforehand, feel free to reach out.
