A transformative Innerdance journey guided by two experienced space-holders from different corners of the world.Innerdance is a deep, meditative process that awakens expanded states of consciousness through sound, energy, and intuitive movement. Participants are invited to lie down, surrender, and allow the music, frequencies, and guidance to activate an inner exploration of body, mind, and spirit.
About the facilitators:
Free Lopez (Lombok, Indonesia) – international and multitalented facilitator known for his intuitive connection to sound, presence, and energy flow.
Monika Juchnevičiūtė (Lithuania) – a dedicated guide of somatic and spiritual practices, weaving together sensitivity, groundedness, and depth in her facilitation.
Together, they will create a safe and supportive space for participants to experience release, insight, and reconnection with their true essence.
