Reparenting Your Inner Child

Are you seeking to explore deeper aspects of yourself yearning to grow on the path of development to live fully and in purpose. Maybe you have a longing but limiting beliefs and behaviours are blocking you in meeting your dreams. Perhaps your seeking greater balance in your life and a healthier relationship with yourself and others around you. Or maybe on a crossroads seeking greater meaning, purpose or clarity in your life.

All of us have experienced some level of trauma. We all carry internalised false beliefs and conditioning from our significant caregivers and environments in which we grew getting caught in unhealthy and painful cycles, thoughts and patterns of behaviours. Most of us have some unmet needs from our childhoods and are acting at times from our wounded child seeking to be seen, heard and ultimately loved.

This is weekend immersion and commitment to your inner child supporting you in the inner work to discover yourself on a deeper level. Exploring your unmet needs and explorations how to meet them. Exploring limiting beliefs and barriers that hold you back. Providing you with tools to support you in being able to better manage your thoughts, emotions, regulate your nervous system and be the parent you longed for to yourself to gain feeling a deeper sense of worth, a greater trust and knowing of who you are building a healthier relationship with yourself and there for others making shifts that open doors to fulfil your dreams leading to a purposeful and fulfilling life.

Starting with an opening weekend in person immersion and closing day immersion in nature meeting every Monday online each week (7pm-8.30pm) during the month of September.

Monday 30th is a nature immersion day

Six months of therapy in one month. This work is created with the knowledge of how powerful it is to heal alongside others in a collective being seen and witnessed while having the honour of holding others. Life is always about reciprocity.

- Deep Release breathwork

- Mini Vision Quest

- Silent Walk

- Fire Ceremony
