Inner Voices: Schumann and the Romantic Soul

Mezzo-soprano Iryna Ilnytska and pianist Richard Lucas bring a free lunchtime concert to Exeter Library, marking 170 years since the death of Robert Schumann.
The programme draws on the poetic and intimate world of Romantic music, with works by Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, Chopin and Brahms.
This is a relaxed event and everyone is welcome, including children and babes in arms. You're also welcome to bring your own food and drink, whether from the library café or elsewhere. Doors open around 12:50pm.
Free admission, but booking is essential. Donations on the day are warmly welcomed in support of future concerts.
