Welcome to our weekly Inner Sound Journey - known as Nada Yoga - Nada translates to the primordial sound and Yoga is the union of self This is a weekly class for those who wish to explore the beauty of yogic meditation with sound activation via instruments and your own voice (optional) along with chakra based colour visualisation, breathwork and mudras (hand gestures to align energy in yoga practice)
No experience necessary, no equipment required. No pressure to perform, sing or chant if you don’t wish to.
People report feeling calmer, relaxed and more emotionally and physically balanced after just one session!
