Inner Sanctuary: A Healing Sound Journey

We are excited to have you for this immersive sound journey experience on Friday, March 6th, 6PM - 7:30PM, to more deeply connect with ourselves and others.

Together, we will take a deep exhale, a sacred moment to reflect, release and receive. Allowing the next season to reveal itself through resonance.

Join us for an inner sound journey, combining light breath work, vocal toning and a rich soundscape of ancient Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, melodic chimes, and most importantly, restorative silence.

We invite you to arrive a when doors open at 6PM to get settled in so that we can start the experience promptly. Due to the nature of the event, doors will close at 6:15PM.
