This intimate gathering blends guided reflective journaling with a mini sound meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign before the new year. Through thoughtful prompts and soothing sound, you’ll be invited to explore your inner world, release mental clutter, and gain clarity for the path ahead.

• Space: Limited to 10 participants for an intimate and personalized experience
• Parking: Street parking is limited, the spa offers valet parking for $8.

Participation Waiver:

You release and hold harmless Sheila Genao, Laura Beltre, and Sounds del Alma from any and all liability, claims, or demands for accidental injury, illness, or property damage arising from your participation in this event.

Photo & Media Release:
By attending this event, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the session for promotional and marketing purposes by Sounds del Alma and Sheila Genao. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the facilitators before the session begins.
