Inner Radiance - Summer Abundance Yoga and Crystal Retreat Morning

Step into a morning of warmth, light and gentle transformation — an invitation to reconnect with your energy, your joy, and the radiance that already lives within you.

Held in the peaceful surroundings of The Retreat in the New Forest, this intimate experience is led by a Certified Crystal Healer/Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Teacher and is designed to help you slow down, soften, and realign with the expansive energy of summer.

🪬 We’ll begin with an uplifting yoga flow to awaken the body and connect with the energy of the sun, followed by energising breathwork to refresh and revitalise from within. You’ll then be invited to pause, with time to enjoy herbal tea and homemade cake and, if the weather allows, a gentle walk through the beautiful surrounding grounds.

🔮 From this grounded and open space, you’ll be guided through a soulful crystal ritual focused on inner radiance and solar plexus activation, helping you connect with your confidence, clarity and sense of self. This will be paired with reflective journaling, allowing you to anchor your intentions and tune into the version of you that is ready to emerge this summer.

💫 The morning will close with a deeply immersive guided meditation - taking you on a journey to meet your most radiant, abundant self and infused with gentle reiki energy, offered to each attendee to support deep rest, integration and renewal.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your inner light, with a crystal and a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to continue your practice at home ✨
