As we step out of summer adventures we are thrilled to return to our weekly dance practice with Inner Journeys.

Arrival 6:45pm we begin at 7pm
No dance experience needed.
This is a space and place created for you to be the fullest expression of who you are. Join a beautiful community of movers to dive into your own personal practice - to be with your body, the music and breath.
Kylee Dawn weaves a live sound journey to experience movement from the inside out.
