Inner Heart Meditation

Deep within your heart is what's called your "inner cave." Within this inner cave is the divine flame of life and love that bridges you to all of creation and is considered your "true self." This is the place within you that can never be tainted, hurt, or hateful. But one of peace and love.
During this guided meditation you will be taken to this beautiful place by taking you through the tree layers of the heart into the innermost point, the inner cave. This is to help support you on your spiritual, healing, and life journey. See you there!
