Join us at Zen House Yoga for a 6-hour retreat dedicated to deep healing, self-discovery, and reconnecting with your true essence. The Inner Healing Retreat is designed to help you shed protective layers built from past pain, integrate your shadow, and embrace the love and wholeness that is your birthright. Through transformative ceremonies, guided meditation, breathwork, energy healing, and somatic practices, this retreat will guide you on a journey to restore safety, balance, and alignment from the foundation up.

About Your Facilitator Kallie is a Spiritual Guide and Energy Work Facilitator with over eight years of experience walking the spiritual path. Having healed from a lifetime of depression and chronic fatigue, she now holds sacred spaces for deep healing and transformation, guiding women to remember their wholeness and step into their power.
