Reiki - Reiki is a holistic healing technique that involves the gentle laying of hands or channeling of energy to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It is based on the idea of balancing and harmonizing the body's energy, facilitating emotional and physical healing through the flow of universal life force energy.

Sound Bath - A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in resonant sounds, often produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or chimes. The vibrational frequencies aim to induce a deep state of relaxation, promote healing, and enhance overall well-being by harmonizing the mind and body.

Sound Deprivation- Sound deprivation, also known as sensory deprivation, involves creating an environment with minimal external stimuli, particularly sound. This practice aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and heightened self-awareness by removing external noise, allowing individuals to explore their inner thoughts and experiences in a tranquil, sensory-restricted space.

Reiki Rae - Rae is a Reiki Master Teacher with over 10 years of experience with assisting others on their healing journeys. She promotes holistic health modalities and has a private Reiki & Hypnotherapy practice in El Segundo and Redondo Beach, California. Rae has been intuitively guided to spread love to those around her with her contagious positive energy. When she’s not bonding with her beautiful daughter she’s supporting her clients with their spiritual growth, hosting classes & workshops and making Reiki infused crystal candles for her small business The Handle Candle.

Yvette - Yvette is a skilled healer and entrepreneur. Over the past four years, she has become a licensed practitioner of natural plant and amphibian medicine, offering holistic healing solutions. Additionally, she is a licensed sound healer, using sound to promote relaxation and wellness. Yvette also owns a successful hair extension salon and sells wellness products online, sharing her passion for holistic well-being with a wide audience. Her diverse expertise and business acumen have made her a respected figure in the wellness and beauty industries, positively impacting the lives of many.

Our Story 

Rae and Yvette's friendship began in 2018 when they met at a marketing event and discovered their shared passion for helping others and building community. Their bond quickly led to the co-creation of weekly meditation and Reiki circles, providing a nurturing space for individuals to explore spiritual practices and holistic well-being.

After taking a break in 2020 to focus on personal growth and acquiring new skills, Rae and Yvette reunited in 2022 with a fresh perspective and a renewed commitment to their shared mission. Together, they began hosting transformative sound healing events infused with Reiki energy, aiming to create experiences that would foster healing and connection within their community.

In 2023, their journey took an unexpected turn when they attended a profound sound healing breathwork event led by AG. The experience inspired them to explore a collaborative venture, leading to the creation of the "Inner Healing Float Experience." This innovative offering reflects their collective dedication to facilitating deep inner healing and self-discovery through a unique fusion of sound healing, Reiki, and breathwork.
