She is the founder of Exalted Health, and best-selling author of the book Bless Your Body. Jen has gone through chronic health struggles, and walked through the process of finding emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. She loves to help people walking through their own journeys to find true health, by connecting them further with who God created them to be.
