Life can move fast.
So many responsibilities, constant stimulation, never enough time in the day… and often very little space to simply breathe, feel, and reconnect with yourself.
This is an invitation to pause.
FlowQi | Inner Garden Journey is less about dancing and more about listening to your body, allowing it to guide the way, and reconnecting with your natural rhythm and intuition.
Through intuitive movement, music, breath, and presence, we gently journey through the energy centers of the body, inviting release, nervous system regulation, harmony, and inner alignment.
Many people come feeling stressed, mentally overloaded, or disconnected from themselves… and leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded, and deeply present.
No experience needed.
You can move as much or as little as you like.
There’s no choreography, no pressure, and nothing to perform.
Just a welcoming, judgment-free space to soften, let go, and come back to yourself.

Una experiencia íntima de movimiento intuitivo guiada por música, respiración y presencia.
La vida puede ir muy rápido.
Tantas responsabilidades, estimulación constante, nunca suficientes horas en el día… y muchas veces muy poco espacio para simplemente respirar, sentir y reconectar contigo mism@.
Esta es una invitación a pausar.
FlowQi | Inner Garden Journey es menos sobre bailar y más sobre escuchar tu cuerpo, permitir que te guíe y reconectar con tu ritmo natural y tu intuición.
A través del movimiento intuitivo, la música, la respiración y la presencia, viajamos suavemente por los centros energéticos del cuerpo, invitando liberación, regulación del sistema nervioso, armonía y alineación interior.
Muchas personas llegan sintiéndose estresadas, mentalmente saturadas o desconectadas de sí mismas… y se van sintiéndose más ligeras, tranquilas, enraizadas y profundamente presentes.
No necesitas experiencia.
Puedes moverte mucho o poquito, como se sienta bien para ti.
No hay coreografía, presión ni nada que “hacer bien”.
Solo un espacio acogedor y libre de juicio para suavizar, soltar y volver a ti.
