Join us for our Inner Flow~Outer Glow day retreat around the Healing Arts.
Learn about the benefits of herbs, mushrooms, lymphatic drainage, make some tea potions, receive acupuncture and experience Sound Healing.
Hosted by Beatrice Cormann, founder of L’Atelier, Licensed Cosmetologist/Bio-esthetician, Green Magick, Somatic and Reiki practitioner, in flow with the elements of nature,
and Dr. Lindsay Chimileski naturopathic doctor, acupuncture specialist, and clinical herbalist with rooted expertise in botanical and mushroom medicines.
With over 20 years in the wellness field, she blends traditional Chinese medicine, Western herbalism, mindfulness and mycology to support radiant health, graceful aging, and whole-body vitality.
9am to 5pm : Qigong, mushrooms discovery workshop, lymphatic drainage, tea potions workshop, acupuncture and sound healing.
Cura Café will be our culinary partner and will offer a delicious lunch and beverage with ingredients of the season.
