SACRED INNER FIRE 🔥 This ceremony will be centered around the Sacral Chakra, the place of sexual energy and life force, where your creativity resides and your divine inner fire is born 🔥
Fire burns away, it distinguishes, it destroys what no longer serves you to create room for what does,
when we call on our inner fire we are invigorated by this element and inspired into new creation 🔥
Dance is the embodiment of energy, it is symbolic to all of life, when we move through uncomfortable emotions, “energy in motion”, in a safe container we are presented with the opportunity to unlock parts of ourselves that have been hidden and we are able to rediscover our power 🤍💃⚡️
Join us for an evening of connecting with our own INNER FIRE through heart attunement and embodied exploration, as we learn the polarities of control and surrender and how to trust in this space ❤️🔥🐉
The body holds the path to freedom, the body is always communicating with us but only when we slow down and tap in are we able to truly feel this resonance ✨

Cacao Ceremony - 6:00pm ☕️🍫
Meditation + Sound Healing - 6:25pm 🔮
Wake up and return to earth, bathroom break, transition into next phase, about 10 minutes
Dance - Embodied Movement 💃7:10pm-8:00pm
Mugs and mats are provided, bring water for hydration, then just yourself and your favorite dancing attire for letting go and feeling good to move in 💧💃🌀

Jessica Henry is a vibrant and multi faceted being who will be blessing us with the singing bowls, offering healing frequencies into the space, she will also be playing the didgeridoo as we flow into a more primal space ✨🪶
Nevada Smith is a powerful and magical being who weaves her unique threads into everything she creates, she will be offering her angelic/primal codes and healing voice to the space, as well as the drum to create that rhythm of a heartbeat 🌬️🪘🔮
Ryleigh Smith is a magnetic soul with a passion for anything infused with heart, she will be the wordsmith guiding you through the cacao ceremony and meditation, as well as demonstrating and easing you into the embodied movement ☕️🍫🌬️💃🔥
