Inner Discovery Through Art at the Los Angeles Arboretum

Inner Discovery Through Art is a reflective watercolor experience led by artist Kris Keys designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore creativity as a wellness practice. Held within the peaceful landscape of the arboretum, this guided session combines mindful painting, storytelling, breath, and observation of nature to encourage presence and self-discovery through art.
Guests will be guided through intuitive watercolor exercises inspired by botanicals, memory, and emotion while being invited to release perfection and focus on process, feeling, and reflection. Herbal tea will be served as part of the experience, creating a calming environment rooted in softness, restoration, and creative exploration.
Participants Can Expect:
