A two-part creative experience designed support you in slowing down, tuning inward, and reconnect with your own intuitive guidance.

Part one: The Meditative Art of Sacred Geometry

No drawing experience required. Learn the basics of 6 fold geometry and leave with a beautiful creation and an easy meditative practice you can have for life! All supplies included.

Part two: Ecsatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, sober, and non-judgmental movement practice. This two hour DJ-led musical journey promotes self-expression, connection, and meditation in a safe, judgment-free space. No talking & No cell phones.
