About this Event

Inner Child Workshop

How much of who you are today was shaped by experiences you had long before you became an adult?

Many of us carry beliefs, behaviours, fears, and emotional patterns that began in childhood. Some help us navigate life. Others quietly hold us back. This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore those patterns with curiosity, compassion, and understanding.

Throughout the day, you'll be guided through a series of reflective exercises, assessments, journalling activities, creative processes, and gentle emotional exploration designed to help you reconnect with the younger parts of yourself.

This is not about blaming parents, reliving every painful memory, or getting stuck in the past. It is about understanding yourself more deeply and recognising how earlier experiences may still influence your relationships, confidence, boundaries, emotions, and sense of self today.


During the workshop you will:
  • Explore the different stages of childhood development
  • Identify emotional patterns that may still be affecting you today
  • Complete a series of self-reflection exercises and assessments
  • Write healing letters to and from your younger self
  • Take part in creative activities designed to access deeper insight
  • Develop greater self-compassion and understanding
  • Begin building a healthier relationship with yourself

This workshop is suitable for:
  • Anyone interested in personal growth and self-awareness
  • People who find themselves repeating unhelpful patterns
  • Those who struggle with confidence, boundaries, self-worth, or people-pleasing
  • Anyone curious about inner child work and emotional healing

No previous experience is required.

Please note that this workshop can be emotional at times. You are encouraged to participate at your own pace and take breaks whenever needed. A supportive and confidential environment will be maintained throughout.
