We get to undo our normal ways of being and have fun in this class. We’d want you to leave with your head up higher than when you came in, shoulders back, and chest poked out like the world is your oyster, because it is. We all have an inner child that allows us to bring more joy, play, & creativity into the world + what we do. This is what we will explore during our time together.

Nā’ilah is a wellness specialist who has experienced the direct impact of remaining childlike in seemingly difficult situations, leading to more joy, peace, & fulfillment. She wishes to share this quality with anyone who could benefit from the ability of neutralizing a situation through play and curiosity from the lens of their inner child.
