Inner Child Healing Workshop

Join us for a gentle, heart-centered experience designed to help you deeply connect with your inner child through guided meditation, affirmations, mirror work, and eye gazing.

Participants learn to cultivate deep self-compassion, emotional safety, and deeper self-trust. Michele Schalin guides you in a safe and supportive space, to help release stored emotions, nurture your inner child with love, acceptance, and kindness, and connect with other participants. This experience supports healing, integration, and a renewed sense of wholeness and community.
