Join us for a retreat devoted to healing, nurturing, and reconnecting with your inner child. Rooted in ancient shamanic traditions and guided by the energy of the full moon, we’ll create sacred space to connect with the Earth, our ancestors, and our Higher Selves for deep emotional and energetic healing.
You'll explore your inner world through Internal Family Systems and a guided shamanic journey to meet your inner child, and rediscover what they are feeling and what they need to feel safe, supported, and whole.
Using SAH method, an embodied somatic approach which allows stored emotions to move through the body with awareness and compassion, you'll express and release what has been holding back your voice. We'll complete the experience with Reiki, IET energy healing and sound healing, giving your nervous system time to integrate and anchor your healing and new beginnings.
