Inner Canvas: Sound Bath, Reiki, and Vision Board Journal Workshop

Join us at Inner Canvas: A Soulful Gathering for an evening of deep inner connection. Using the healing modalities of reiki and sound bath, combined with artistic expression, and (optional) oracle cards and tea, we will release blocks that are holding us back from connecting with our inner guidance or intuition, and leave feeling restored, relaxed, and deeply connected to self. What is Included?

• 1 hour sound bath with reiki
• Oracle Cards (optional)
• Connection Circle
• Vision Board Journal Crafting - a new take on vision boarding where we will decorate a journal with our vision for 2026. This journal will be used for manifestation work throughout the year.
• Herbal Tea

Location: Art Monster Studio - 57 Chestnut Street, Norwalk CT

Time: 7pm-8:30pm

Exchange: $50 + fees

What to Bring:

• Yoga Mat
• Blanket
• Pillow (optional)
• Eye Mask (optional)
• Bolster or rolled towel for under your knees (optional)
• Pictures or Magazine clippings that you would like to include on your journal
