Inner Altar is a sacred ceremony designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body, awaken the energy that moves through your spine and open your heart through the sacred breath.This immersive experience weaves together the grounding medicine of Hapé, the transformational power of transformational breathwork and the energetic recalibration of Spinal Energetics guiding you into a deep state of release, remembrance and inner alignment.
