What happens when creativity becomes a form of inner listening? Discover how your journal or sketchbook can become sacred space through Ink & Insight, a monthly creative reflection series designed to deepen self-awareness and connection.
Each gathering explores a theme and 1-2 reflective creative modalities putting pen to paper, such as:
Journaling
Intuitive Writing
Sketching
Collage
Dream Exploration
Visual Symbolism
Explore these creative practices in a supportive and welcoming environment. Through guided prompts and exercises, you'll experience quiet moments of self-discovery, exploring creativity as a spiritual practice. No artistic or writing experience is necessary.
Bring a journal or sketchbook and pen, and open mind, and curiosity for unexpected insight. July's class will feature practices for connecting with your inner wisdom.
Cost for this class is $25 for each student, but if you bring a friend, both of you can join for just $40 total.
