In this class, we will explore:
● The values and benefits of clear boundaries
● Exercises to explore our relationship with boundaries
● How to reclaim your boundaries while being inclusive, open, and
receptive to change
● Using boundaries to set limits and build trust
● Boundaries in the domains of our life: relationships, personal, privacy,
work, etc.
● Using personal boundaries to prepare for kink negotiations
● And taking accountability and impact for miscommunications and
consent collisions After the class, you will receive a set of exercises and journaling prompts to further explore your own boundaries based on what you’ve learned. Come join us. Get curious. Ask questions, and apply your sense of wonder to the ways you interact with and at your edges.
