Nectarines, cucumbers, pickled red onions, cherry tomatoes, candied pecans, red wine mint vinaigrette, and dairy-free whipped feta.
Watermelon Gazpacho
A refreshing chilled soup made with watermelon, Roma tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers, cucumber, basil, and garlic.
Lion’s Mane “Chicken” Piccata
Grilled lion’s mane mushrooms with lemon and capers, served over gluten-free pasta with our house-made marinara.
Strawberry Rhubarb Crème Brûlée
