The Experience
What if, for a little while, you stopped trying to fix, solve or push through everything?
Maybe this is your invitation...
Through:
- Conscious connected breath — reconnect with your body and breath
- 360° immersive sound journey — delivered through wireless headphones, surrounding you in sound
- Curated music — designed to support the experience
- Guided facilitation — gentle support throughout the journey
- Somatic awareness — move beyond the thinking mind and tune into what’s happening within you
What you may experience
- Emotional release — create space for emotions to move through you rather than being held onto.
- A calmer nervous system — use breath and body awareness to help you shift out of stress and into a greater sense of ease.
- More energy and vitality — leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected.
- A deeper connection to yourself — step out of your head and into what you’re actually feeling.
- New perspectives — give yourself space to see things differently and reconnect with what matters to you.
- More space for joy and pleasure — reconnect with the parts of you that may have been pushed aside.
- Greater confidence — build a sense of trust and safety within yourself.
- Tools you can take with you — learn simple ways to recognise tension and support yourself when life feels overwhelming.
- A deeper understanding of your body — begin to notice what your body is telling you and respond with greater awareness.
Every experience can be different. You may experience physical sensations, emotions, memories, shifts in energy or simply a deep sense of stillness and relaxation.
There is no right or wrong experience.
A little about Inhalō
Founded by Chantelle, Inhalō creates intentional experiences centred around breath, connection and embodied wellbeing.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in creating a space where you can explore your experience at your own pace, without judgement or pressure.
Preparing for the session
Come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.
Please bring:
- Water
- Blanket
- Eye mask
- Anything else that helps you feel comfortable
- Dietary suggestion: Avoid eating 2 hours before the event for deeper body awareness.
- Post-event: Allow time for quiet integration. Avoid overstimulating environments or digital distractions.
You’ll be lying down for a significant part of the experience, so comfort is important.
Important
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time so you can settle in without feeling rushed. Once the breathwork journey begins, the environment will be quiet and immersive, so late arrival may not be possible.
This is a powerful practice and the experience can be physically and emotionally intense. You will be fully guided and supported throughout.
Before you book
Breathwork can be a powerful experience and isn’t suitable for everyone. Please read the Safety and Contraindications and participation information provided during booking before purchasing your ticket. If you have any questions about whether this experience is appropriate for you, please contact me before booking.
You will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood the relevant participation information when booking.
Your invitation
No previous breathwork experience is required. You don't need to know what you're looking for, only arrive with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to meet whatever arises. You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
Just arrive.
Take a breath.
And give yourself permission to be here.
