If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply out of sync with yourself, this 6-week breathwork series offers a simple yet powerful reset. Led by certified breathwork facilitator and mindfulness teacher Amy Caruso, each 30-minute session is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Combining science-backed breathing techniques, gentle embodiment, and mindfulness, this program provides accessible tools to manage stress, improve focus, and boost your energy—naturally. Rooted in a trauma-informed, inclusive, and heart-centered approach, Amy holds space for participants of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Each week features a new theme, such as emotional release or heart-opening connection. You’ll be guided through intentional breath patterns with music, reflection, and ease—whether seated or lying down. No experience is needed—just show up, breathe, and be.
This series is ideal for anyone seeking greater peace and resilience—especially busy professionals, parents, and caregivers.
