Experience the first chapter of Ingredients – A Dinner Series at Kona Beach Resort with an immersive culinary journey inspired by the legendary Hawaiian Kiawe tree.
Led by Chef George Gomes Jr. and the culinary team, this intimate oceanfront evening explores the rich, smoky character of kiawe through a thoughtfully curated multi-course tasting menu paired with exceptional wines and our own Private Barrel Kuleana Rum.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live culinary presentations as each course is prepared and introduced tableside, offering insight into the flavors, techniques, and local ingredients that shape the experience.
