Join us Monday evenings at Embody for a gentle, grounding experience that blends the healing power of full-spectrum infrared sauna therapy with the calming resonance of sound meditation. This self-care series is designed to help you reset—physically, mentally, and energetically—while fostering connection in a like-minded community.

We’ll begin with a group infrared sauna session to gently warm the body from within, supporting circulation, easing muscle tension, and inviting your nervous system into a state of calm. The warmth of the sauna creates the perfect foundation for deeper rest and inner openness.

From there, you’ll transition into a restorative sound bath led by Heather, who weaves together meditative soundscapes with elements of Yoga Nidra—an effortless guided relaxation practice, also known as yogic sleep. No movement is required. You’ll be invited to simply rest, receive, and reconnect.

Whether you're seeking a moment of stillness in a busy season, wanting to soften into your body, or simply looking to share a peaceful space with others, Embody's Community Sauna & Sound Bath series offers a sanctuary for you to slow down and return to yourself.
