Project Launchpad is about where urban and rural meet to lift lives and communities through entrepreneurship and employment. Representatives from Opportunity DeKalb will host an informational booth in the library’s main lobby to spread the word about this initiative.
A central piece of Project Launchpad will be the Community Business Academy, a 12-week academy for new and aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses that will debut in Fall 2024. Opportunity DeKalb's information table will provide information about the Community Business Academy and other work the organization is partnering on with others related to community revitalization goals.
