Information Session: Pathways to Recovery

Are you ready to build a new future for yourself or someone you care about? The Pathways to Recovery program helps individuals impacted by the opioid epidemic gain free career training, support services, and job placement assistance to restart their lives.

Join us for an information session to learn more about Pathways to Recovery and determine your eligibility. Before the event, review the required document checklist and be sure to bring all necessary documents.

Required Documentation

• Proof of Citizenship (Passport, Birth Certificate, Naturalization Certificate, Permanent Resident Card)
• Proof of Address (Driver’s License, State ID, Utility Bill)
• Selective Service Registration (males only, born after 1960)
• Proof of Veteran Status (DD-214, if applicable)
