Information and Advice Drop in Clinic

As part of our Information and Advice service, we also host drop in clinics at our Mount Gould Centre for anyone who would like to speak with a member of our team in person.
Whether you need help understanding your benefits, finding housing or social care support, or just want general advice, our friendly team is here to listen and guide you.
At our drop in clinics, we cover a wide range of support including:
-Benefit, housing and social care information signposting
-General advice and assistance
-Photocopying and helping with emails
-Appointment booking
-Bus pass applications and renewals
-Identifying safeguarding concerns and prioritising urgent issues
-Providing factsheets, information guides and referrals to other services
When: The first and third Wednesday of each month, 10:00 - 15:00
Where: Age UK Plymouth, The William and Patricia Venton Centre, Astor Drive, Mount Gould, Plymouth PL4 9RD
