We are thrilled to announce the start of a fantastic 3-month Information, Advice, and Guidance course! This course is designed to give you the essential skills and knowledge you need, all aligned with the Level 2 NVQ standard.
Course Overview
This course may not be NVQ certificated, but you will walk away with a certificate of attendance and completion. It's perfect for those looking to enhance their advisory skills, whether you're currently unemployed or just eager to learn something new.

• Day: Every Sunday
• Time: 9am - 4pm

Who Can Join?
We primarily aim to support those who are unemployed, but we welcome anyone interested in Information, Advice, and Guidance. You just need to be over 18 years of age to join, and there's no upper age limit!
What You Need
• Language Proficiency: A good grasp of both spoken and written English is needed.
• Bring a pen, or 2, and a rough writing pad.
• Donation: We kindly ask for a small donation of £1.50 each attendance to help cover the costs of tea and coffee.
What's Included?
Our course covers an introduction to psychology and PREVENT, as well as interviewing techniques, understand how we communicate, different ways we pass on information we also have fun engaging in role-play sessions to help you understand people's logic and body language. Don't be shy—these sessions are designed to be enjoyable and give you great insights. We supply you with folders and work notebooks. I will go through your books to assist you with any queries, no it’s not like school.
There is no pass or fail, but there are rewards throughout the course.
