Dear devs, startups, and tech enthusiasts,

We are happy to invite you to our first Infobip Connect Meetup in Singapore!

The mission of our meetup is to present local tech initiatives and to introduce Infobip Developer tools and solutions, which are increasingly popular among developers and Infobip Startup Tribe that help startups from all over the globe achieve their goals.

⏳ About speakers:

Jana Marle Zizkova

Avid data and diversity advocate, Jana headed teams and country operations at Estee Lauder, Sybase, Sas and Socialbakers.

In 2015 she left the corporate career to start a data consultancy, soon followed by a Singapore based Customer Data Platform (CDP) tech start-up Meiro where she is the CEO. At the same time, Jana co-founded the non-profit global movement She Loves Data.

Since 2016 over 19,000 women have attended 280+ free data, digital & tech workshops & certification programs. She Loves Data received the 2019 “Diversity Initiative Award in Asia” by Women in IT.

In 2009 & 2010 Jana was named one of the “Top 25 business women” in the Czech Republic and she is featured on the inaugural 2020 “Singapore 100 Women in Tech” list.

Jana is a volunteering mentor of several non-commercial programs for future female leaders. She circumnavigated the world on a 38ft sailboat between 2003-2005.

Arvin Singh

Arvin advises tech startups, including Fly Fairly, that are seeking to drive innovation and growth by leveraging his extensive experience, deep industry knowledge, and strong track record of success.
Arvin was previously the co-founder and CEO of hoolah, a leading 'Buy Now, Pay Later' service provider that revolutionized the retail industry in Singapore. Under his leadership, hoolah quickly gained market traction and became the go-to BNPL platform for thousands of retailers and consumers alike. In late 2021, Arvin successfully led the sale of hoolah to ShopBack, Asia's leading shopping & rewards platform.

Nikola Pavesic

Nikola was born and raised in Croatia, studied in Italy, Switzerland and the UK where he graduated in international law and financial regulation. He started his career the public sector for the UN in Tanzania, followed by an engagement with the same organization in Japan from 2011. Counterintuitively, he started working in tech at the UN and subsequently switched to the private sector launching, running, and exiting a startup.

Nikola then joined Nikkei, the world’s largest business media publisher and owner of the Financial Times, where he led partnerships at the editorial innovation bureau. He is now a Director of DevEx & Startups at Infobip, one of the few bootstrapped unicorns globally with 70+ offices globally where he launched a startup program which now works with 600+ startups and 100+ investor partners around the world.

Lucija Reic

Lucija, professionally known as Luce, is the backbone of Infobip Startup Tribe. With extensive experience in business development, her mission is to help startups navigate entrepreneurship.
