Curious about Hatha Yoga? Eager to learn about non-westernized yoga practices? Wondering if this 6 week program is right for you? Join us Saturday July 6th at 1pm for an Informational Meeting to set out program and studio expectations and answer any questions you might have.
In this six week program, you will work closely with a teacher who has lived in India and been trained in traditional yoga. Bring balance into the body with yoga asana, breath work, chanting, mindfulness, and meditation.
This program, led by yogi Kailas Dev, offers a pure and non-westernized experience of yoga designed to prevent injury and illness, and is taught in a way to make one into a consistent and long-term practitioner. Transform your body, mind and health through a disciplined and mindful process. Identify your limitations and overcome them courageously.
This Classical Hatha Yoga program will start on Monday July 8th and conclude on Friday August 16th. A celebration of completion will be Saturday August 17th at 5:30pm.
Investment is $400. Space is limited to 14 people.
