The new DISC Advanced® Individual Safety Assessment is exclusive to Barclayss and uses the DISC model to assess and improve safety behaviours. Participants will complete a brief self-assessment to identify their DISC profile, then explore insights into their personal approach to safety and how it impacts their work environment.
