InFLOWence: Speaking with Impact for Leaders

As a social enterprise leader, you’re often expected to explain what you do, why it matters, and why others should care in meetings, funding pitches, partnerships, panels, and beyond. Doing that well takes energy, clarity, and confidence we don't always have!

This is comms training with a backbone. InFLOWence is a workshop for people on the front lines of social change who want to speak with integrity and impact without burning out.

You’ll explore four powerful speaking “Flow Streams” designed to help you influence from a place of clarity, care, and alignment. Whether you’re in a meeting, recording a podcast, pitching for funding, or speaking on stage, this session supports you to communicate in ways that feel values-led, grounded, and genuinely you.

You’ll walk away with:

• A fresh abundance of ideas for your current projects and campaigns
• More clarity and energy when you speak, across different settings
• Messaging that stays true to your values and feels aligned
• The confidence to take up space in ways that ripple out into systems, behaviours, and culture

Who is this for:

This session is for social enterprise leaders who identify as women, and for non-binary leaders who are comfortable in women-focused spaces, ensuring a supportive environment for everyone attending. Ideal for activists, campaigners, creatives, and leaders who are ready to move culture, not just minds.
