A supportive and informative workshop for expectant mothers and their birth partners, focusing on infant feeding, newborn behaviour, and preparing for the early days with your baby.

Infant Feeding Workshop: The Early Days

This workshop is designed for pregnant women and their birth partners to help you feel informed and confident about feeding and caring for your baby in the first days and weeks after birth.

During the session, we will cover:

• Recognising your baby’s feeding cues
• Positioning and attachment for feeding
• Common feeding challenges and where to get support
• Understanding normal newborn behaviour
• Practical preparation for life at home with your newborn

There will also be time for questions, discussion, and practical demonstrations.
