Deciding how to feed your baby is a very personal decision that can feel overwhelming. Join us for an unbiased, judgment-free, evidence-based infant feeding workshop. We will discuss the changes your body is already undergoing, influences on infant feeding decisions, establishing breastfeeding, overcoming breastfeeding challenges, bottle feeding, pumping, and more. You will leave feeling empowered, knowledgeable, and prepared to make feeding decisions that support both you and your baby’s health. This workshop is intended for expectant parents and partners are encouraged to attend.
