This 90-minute Infant & Child CPR and Choking Workshop is designed to give you calm, practical confidence so you’re not left panicking or guessing in those first critical moments.
We focus on the real-life situations parents fear most, including:
• What to do if your baby or child is choking
• Infant and child CPR step-by-step practice
• How to respond if your baby becomes unresponsive
• Recovery position
• Basic adult CPR and defibrillator (AED) awareness
This is a relaxed, small-group, hands-on session — not a lecture. You’ll practise the techniques yourself so you leave knowing exactly what to do, not just having heard about it.
No prior experience is needed, and everything is taught in a simple, supportive way.
💛 £25 per person
Pre-crawling babies are welcome, so you don’t need to arrange childcare.
Places are intentionally limited so everyone gets plenty of practice time — and sessions do fill quickly.
You’ll leave with practical skills, but more importantly, the confidence that if something went wrong, you wouldn’t freeze — you would know what to do.
