Join us for a relaxed, friendly, in-person meet up where you can connect with other families who truly understand the challenges and joys of life affected by Fetal Valproate Spectrum Disorder (FVSD), Fetal Anti-Convulsant Syndrome (FACS), epilepsy, and related conditions.

This is a safe, supportive space to talk about all aspects of living with FVSD, FACS and epilepsy, share experiences, exchange practical advice, ask questions, or simply hear how other families navigate everyday life.

There is absolutely no pressure to speak. If you would prefer to just come along, listen, and enjoy being around others who understand, that is perfectly fine too.
